General Shipping Info
All shipments under $500 are sent without signature required. If you require a signature for delivery, please let us know as the shipping cost will change. We process most of our shipments on Tuesdays, but if you need something shipped quickly, please reach out and we will do our best to accommodate you. In an effort to be slightly more sustainable, we reuse bubble wrap & packaging.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend you contact USPS or FedEx directly, however we will assist in any way we can to try and resolve the matter.
If an item arrives damaged, please save all packaging and damaged items and contact us.
There's no shipping cost listed. What will it cost to ship my art?
Size, weight, insurance value, and shipping location all affect the shipping cost. We will contact you after placing an order to confirm shipping costs. There are, however, a few things that are standard. Prices below are for US shipping.
Unframed prints 8.5 x 11 or smaller and $100 or less in value will ship for $12 via FedEx 2-Day Express or USPS Priority Mail.
Unframed prints under $250 and larger than 8.5" x 11" and less than 15" in either dimension will ship for $20 via FedEx or USPS Priority.
Feel free to contact us for a shipping quote before placing an order.
Do you accept returns?
All sales are final and non-returnable. If you decide after purchase, for any reason, that you no longer want the work, we may be able to consign the piece through our gallery for you. However an outright refund is not something we are able to provide after payment has been made. This includes works on payment plan which have not yet been paid for in full.
Do you offer payment plans?
Definitely. Please contact us to discuss options as every situation is unique!
Can I pay you with something other than a credit card?
Sure! We can accept Venmo, Paypal, checks or wire transfers. Contact us to make an arrangement!
What is printmaking? Is that something like what I can do on my printer at home?
Probably not! All of the prints we show are created with handmade processes* including linocut, woodcut, lithography, etching, engraving & screen printing.
*One exception is the Risograph, which is employed by two of our artists! The Risograph is a machine that fuses the look and process of screen printing with the convenience of an office copier (but messier and more inky and with lots of texture).
Are your artists fairly compensated?
Our artists set their prices and we have direct relationships with all of them! We believe that the gallery/artist relationship is a true partnership and not based on ownership of or power over artists.
I'm interested in showing my work with you.
